"Mama", tinc gana!, és una de les preguntes més freqüents dels petitons. Tanmateix, tots sabem que les ganes de menjar desapareixen quan de sobte es troben al plat un menú poc "suculent", però ben necessari i sa per la seva alimentació. Els nens i nenes han de menjar de tot, així doncs està sota la nostra responsabilitat que tinguin uns bon hàbits alimentàris. Però, com ho podem fer per què mengin de tot? Presentant plats vistosos i originals! Avui, us presento 20 plats creatius per fer volar la imaginació, una iniciativa que ens ha de servir: per ser conscients de la nostra alimentació, per desenvolupar la nostra creativitat, per valorar el menjar del que diposem,...
